Plot Summary:

Released by Image Entertainment and written and directed by Nicci Gilbert (former lead singer of the multi-platinum Grammy nominated group Brownstone), Soul Kittens Cabaret follows seven women on their journey to self- discovery as they struggle with temptation, personal demons and false promises. While trying to revive Detroits hottest club in town, the Soul Kittens take customers on the ride of their lives with sultry sex appeal and silky vocals. Along the way, the Soul Kittens learn the real meaning of sisterhood from the yin and yang of reasoning, Good Conscience (Fantasia Barrino) and Bad Conscience (Faith Evans). Soul Kittens Cabaret stars the American Idol winner and 8 time Grammy nominated Fantasia Barrino also known for her role in the film and musical The Color Purple and her VH1 reality show Fantasia for Real. The stage play also stars Faith Evans a Grammy winner singer-songwriter, with 3 platinum CDs and the author of the New York Best Seller autobiography Keep the Faith.
